I walk. It is what I do. It’s my mental health. I walk every day same route, same pace, different music. The faster, the better.My head is clear, great ideas come to me and I am at peace.Having 3 boys can cloud your head. They want a lot of you and walking is my “me time” A lot of my friends, coworkers see me walking my walk. They say they honk, but I don’t look. I tell them I am in my walking zone. It’s “me time”.
